Optional text updates about your matter. Not required to become a client, and you can stop them at any time.

Texting us is optional. It is not required to become a client, to engage the firm, or to receive any service. It is a convenience, nothing more. You can decline and still receive full representation, and you can stop the texts at any time by replying STOP.

What we would text you about

If you opt in, Tresp, Day & Associates, Inc. may text you about your matter:

appointment and signing reminders;
case and document-status updates;
replies to questions you have sent us; and
one-time passcodes for secure client-portal access.
