Michele Fischbein earned her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1991. She completed her Juris Doctor (JD) and Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the University of San Diego School of Law. Since 2000, Attorney Fischbein has served the San Diego area with her expertise in trust, estate planning, and asset protection for high-net-worth individuals and families.
Using both standard and sophisticated planning techniques, Ms. Fischbein helps clients achieve their personal and business wealth-transfer objectives. She also counsels clients on all related tax issues, including estate, gift, and other transfer taxes. Ms. Fischbein is a member of the State Bar of California (Bar No. 207698).
Beyond the practice
In her free time, Michele enjoys spending quality time with her twins and her Maltipoo. She is passionate about serving her community and has supported the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for 25 years.
